3. Search for Flexible Opportunities - Search all active jobs and apply directly to postings. If the employer is interested, they will reach out to you about next steps. Or a Value Staffing recruiter may call you directly about a project or contingent search that we are looking to fill on behalf of a client.

4. Come Back Often – As it increases the chances that the recruiter may view your resume as it is getting updated and visited by you frequently.
