The site is a temporary staffing website where the Jobseekers (temporary worker) looking for short-term assignments can register on the site and can search for a job / assignments at interesting companies. The Employers can post jobs and can search for candidates.


The site include following features/functional points.

Employers: The site will allow employers to sign up on the site and post the jobs. The employers have to pay a particular amount for posting the job on the site. The site will have paypal subscription for this feature. There will also be a ‘My Account’ for Employers where in they can view previously posted jobs and also can delete them.
Candidates: The site will allow candidates to browse through posted jobs. They need to sign up and login before they can apply for any job. They will have a ‘My Account’ area where they can view the list of jobs on which they have applied. The site have an advanced Job search option through which the candidate can search Job online.
Recruiters: The recruiters are the mediators in between Employers and Candidates, they are the employees of the site. They manage the interaction between the candidates and the Employers.
Online form time sheet: This will be an online form for registered candidates. They will fill the form and it will be stored in the database. The purpose of the time sheet will be to calculate the time of the candidate spend on a particular job and accordingly the admin can pay the employer for the work.
News and Events: Admin will be allowed to enter the news which will be displayed on the news page. Events will also be added by the admin which will be viewable to the site visitors. The events will be displayed in a calendar format.
Hot Jobs: The hot jobs will be posted by admin similar to flashing banners.
Polls and Survey: We will just install the script from clients server and the client will manage the location. If we need to make the changes then we need to know what specific changes need to be done and also analyze them if they are feasible.
Blog: The site also have the blogs section where the users can post the blogs and other users can post their reply to it.
