Cashbook website is highly secure website where user can enter his daily income and

expenses and the tax information are added accordingly. Different reports are

calculated for different types of expenses and income entered by user. The user may be trial

user or a paid user with 1 year subscription. Transaction period is 1st July to 30th Ju n e .

Website having below main modules:

i) Expenses

Trail/Paid user can daily enter expenses transaction provided with accountancy,

arts and craft, bank charges, cleaning and laundry, electricity and gas, food and

drinks etc. sections.

ii) Incomes

Trail/Paid user can daily enter income transaction provided with CCB/

Government Receipts, receipt from parent, bank interest, private/non business

receipt etc. sections.

iii) Reports

User can generate various types of reports such as category wise report, also user

can get total for income as well as for expenses. User can also generate by selecting

reports period date from and date to (e.g. User will select "Specify dates") from

dropdown and then can choose date from and date to 07/07/2008 to 08/08/2009).

User can generate reports in PDF format. Cashbook also has an stand-alone

application for end user having same functionality with cashbook website.
