Job Description

Education: MBA, MCA, M.Tech, B.E., B.Tech. BBA, BCA or Any graduate

  • Responsible for pitching clients through online bidding on Freelancer, UpWork, GURU, PeoplePerHour.
  • Should have experience in understanding customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings through online, phone & social networks.
  • Develop future engagements with existing clients and obtain further sales.
  • Proposal drafting, follow-up, requirement gathering, link between the development team & the client.
  • Looking out for potential business customers & targeted client & indulging in business negotiations.
  • May have to deal with seniors like: CEO, Director, Manager, PMs and colleagues.
  • You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle i.e. from starting the cold call till closing the deal, guidance will be provided.
  • Candidate should have proven experience and excellent track record with medium and large size projects.

  • Should have experience of online bidding Freelancer, UpWork, GURU, PeoplePerHour.
  • Good Negotiation skill, strong analytical & communication skill with a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs & translate them into application & operational requirements.
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings through online phone & social networks & identify & obtain further sales.
  • Excellent oral, written, client presentation & management skills.
  • Ability to handle Objection.
  • Business-to-Business lead generation & sales prospecting globally is must.
  • Should achieve the targets.
  • Proven ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers & subject matter experts.
  • Perfect business English, both written and spoken.
  • Should be an effective communicator to be able to interact with different departments, teams and clients.
  • Should have good selling attitude, result oriented & able to work independently.
  • Should have hands on experience of dealing with international clients mainly US/UK clients.
  • Should be above to achieve revenue targets for mobile apps, and web development.
