- End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and on boarding candidates, Head Hunting, Reporting, Interviewing, Campus Recruitment,
- Screening: short listing candidates sourced through Job portals, and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
- Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.
- Experience in IT Recruitment.
- Possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Lateral Hiring: Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job.
Work closely with members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Interface for games/applications.
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and internet website.
- Attend client meetings during the sales process and during development.
- Work with clients and Project Managers to build and refine graphic designs for websites.
- Give guidance on layout, colors and styles. This will determine the type of technology to use and how complex the site will be.
